Tricycle with internally illuminated polycarbonate frame,  12″ pneumatic easy roll rubber Front tire, steel spoke rims, rear deck for on-off, toddler size clear handgrips, black saddle w/handle, Front and Rear LED light inserts,  front reflector, adjustable seat height for the growing child and adjustable handlebars.  Your child can choose the color and either flashing or constant LED lights.
